Child + Parent reconnect Event: Mindful Walk and Nature Art.

Wow! Time flies and even faster when you have a little one that you’re watching grow, but now that the Easter holiday is over and Term 2 is well under way a space has opened up to re-center and reconnect with your Toddler/Preschooler.

Our Little Ones view the world with such awe and wonder! They are also on a rollercoaster of growth, it’s hard to keep up sometimes and even more difficult to slow down and reconnect on a level within your child’s 'atmosphere'. A great way to focus on that bond is to dedicate some time to be mindful and focus on life’s little details, together with our Toddler/Pre-schooler.

Woven Wellbeing has created a community event that hones in on that gorgeous connection between you and your child.  The task and setting has been tailored to suit toddlers from 2 to pre-schoolers up until 5, however junior primary age also benefit.

Yay! For school holidays! I have heard things like, 'It's a scramble to the end' or 'My little one is super sensitive ATM', one I know well is the end of year melt downs. It's a busy haul for our little ones and we are feeling the burn as our schedule is scrawled on from top to bottom with to-do's.

The focus is on completing all of these things while supporting our child but in the whirlwind we may feel like we are missing out on the really scrumptious connections, and you know, that's OK .

Now it's holidays and the space has opened up to wholeheartedly reconnect with our children as everything else becomes the blurred background. I absolutely recognise this burnout period and are offering an amazing opportunity to pour some 'extra joys' into the relationship between you and your child...also that gorgeous inner child of yours too.
